Issa Abu Ali, a Pharm. D. student at Birzeit University Faculty of Nursing, Pharmacy and Health Professions in Palestine, was supported to attend the Second United Arab Emirates Conference on Pure and Applied Chemistry (ECPAC16) held in Sharjah, UAE on 1-3 March 2016. ALIM Institution covered plane tickets, conference fee and part of the accommodation.

2015

Diyaa Radeideh, a research assistant at Al-Quds University Soil and Hydrology Research Lab in Palestine, was supported to attend the International Conference on Chemical, Agricultural and Biological Sciences (CABS-2015) held in Istanbul, Turkey on 4-5 September 2015. ALIM Institution covered plane tickets, hotel and part of the conference fee.
Lima Najjar, a master student of Birzeit University Program of Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture in Palestine, was supported to attend the conference “Sustainable Development and Planning 2015” held in Istanbul, Turkey on 19-21 May 2015. ALIM Institution covered plane tickets, and part of the conference fee.

2014

Christine Alloush-Hadid, a master student of Birzeit University Program of Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture in Palestine, was supported to attend “26th session of the Permanent European Conference for the Study of the Rural Landscape (PECSRL)” held in Gothenburg and Mariestad, Sweden. ALIM Institution covered plane tickets, visa fee, conference fee and accommodation.
Mu’tasem Naser Aldeen, a graduate student of Birzeit University Department of Chemistry in Palestine, was supported to attend “5th Congress of the European Association for Chemical and Molecular Sciences” held in Istanbul, Turkey. ALIM Institution covered plane tickets, conference fee and accommodation.
Roza Zaid, a graduate student of Birzeit University Department of Chemistry in Palestine, was supported to attend “5th Congress of the European Association for Chemical and Molecular Sciences” held in Istanbul, Turkey. ALIM Institution covered plane tickets, visa fee, conference fee and accommodation.

2013

A flyer had been prepared for the IUPAC World Chemistry Congress that was to be organized in August in Istanbul. ALIM Institution contacted chemistry departments of all universities in Palestine by sending the flyer. 10 students from Birzeit University applied and 2 of them were chosen to present their posters in the congress: Sadieh Abu-Sirriah and Hadeel Faris. ALIM Institution covered plane tickets, congress fees, visa/passport fees, border fees, other travel expenses and provided daily allowance of these two students. Accommodation was provided by the Turkish Chemical Society.

Mohammed Ismael in Photodynamic Therapy and Photodiagnosis in Clinical Practice conference in Italy

2012Mohammed Ismael, a graduate of Birzeit University Chemistry Department in Palestine, was supported to attend “Photodynamic Therapy and Photodiagnosis in Clinical Practice” conference in Italy. Prof Giulio Jori, co-chair of the organizing committee of the conference, waived conference fee and provided accommodation. ALIM Institution covered plane ticket, visa fee, traveling expenses and provided daily allowance. After the conference, Mohammed Ismael got a scientific training in the lab of Prof Giulio Jori in University of Padova.
